- Interim cleaning (mandatory for stays longer than 7 days) $145.- with linen service, studio $29.-

- The deposit is $750.-
Upon receipt of your application, we will discuss and you will receive an invoice for the deposit (30% of the rent excluding local tax) and the balance. The down payment must be made within 10 days (except for last-minutes) and the balance must be paid no later than 8 weeks before your vacation.
